Mark, Losing Today:
From the sophisticated statue-esque schmooze of the Cocteau Twins like glacial chime driven love notes as heard on the near perfect 'Coils' with its esoteric Heather Duby like lilts to the frisky Stereolab meets St Etienne spectral la la pop of the effervescently powder puff thrill of 'dipping toes' - Autorotation flirt curvaceously occupying aural planes softly awash with dreamily thoughtful smouldering shoegaze accents.

Lorraine Carpenter, Montreal Mirror:
Sellman's smooth but dynamic vocal performance recalls the likes of Saint Etienne's Sarah Craknell and Kate Bush, clinching (Autorotation's) more organic, song-based side. However, prickly sounds and tough beats throw enough curves to nix any Everything but the Girl comparisons.

Andrew Horan, SceneAndHeard.ca:
Singer Robyn Sellman's soothing voice brings a sense of warmth to the mélange of sounds created by "tech-head" Igor Olejar and [then] guitarist Mark Zarich, providing an organic yin to her band-mates' technological yang.

Joshua Ostroff, Exclaim!:
(The band) has clearly cottoned onto something that will keep getting better the deeper they dig.

Arnaud Astreoud, Emoragei Magazine:
La musique de (Autorotation), à la fois atmosphérique, déstructurée, shoegaze, nostalgique, moderne, émouvante at sombre, nous élève un peu plus dans des sphères biomécaniques.

Benjamin Boles, Now Magazine:
(The band) continues in the direction of their debut, IMM 0008, but sounds more polished and focused. It's that kind of quirky but pretty electronic pop that people who adore Björk will love.

Robert Everett-Green, The Globe and Mail (Toronto):
The (band) builds a gleaming electro-pop edifice so seductive you have to listen closely to Robyn Sellman's shining vocals to know that it's political.
